Identify and Sell
I am currently playing a character that has started from scratch and has been through Factions and Prophesies, and 25% through Night Fall. I have 60 K and some odd amount in my bags current. I have bought only armor as it became available and runes. Sold every other thing I have found. Just identify and sell

(Doing this to see how loot scaling is affecting the game)

For Fast Cash read the Farming section and exploits take advantage of them 10k plus in less then an hour is not unheard of ( I personally 55 when I need cash) All 3 games have areas for it
